You can check in at our apartments in Filzmoos from 4.00 pm onwards.
Check-out must be completed by 10.00 am at the latest.

Yes, we're happy to provide cots/beds for babies and children's highchairs for free.
The apartments are located in a quiet area at around 1,100 metres above sea level. Thanks to their location above the centre of Filzmoos, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the village and the mountains.
Free parking is available in front of the house.
The stop for the free ski bus is just a few metres away from the house.
Yes, in summer the hiking bus in Filzmoos will take you comfortably to the starting points of your tours and excursions. Tickets are available on the bus. The nearest stop is at the tourist office.
No, mein Alpenstern is a non-smoking house. Smokers may enjoy their cigarettes on the balcony or outdoors.
Yes, you're welcome to bring your four-legged friend. We charge € 10,00 per night for pets (e.g. large or small dogs). Pets should not be left alone in the apartments.
Minimum stay is 4 nights. No short stay supplement will be charged.
No, all apartment prices are excluding resort tax and mobility tax:
- Resort tax: € 2,60 per person over 15 years per night
- Mobility tax: € 0,50 per person over 15 years per night

Booking conditions according to Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.
A booking is a purchase agreement. Anything unexpected can happen (illness, accident…) and you have to start your holiday later or leave early than planned. To avoid annoying cancellation charges in such circumstances, we recommen you take out travel insurance.
